Yoga For All: Surbiton, Kingston Upon Thames.

Welcome to Krishna Yoga:

Nestled in the heart of Surbiton, Lovelace Garden, KT66SQ  (also conveniently listed for our neighbours in Kingston Upon Thames), Krishna Yoga is more than just a studio—it’s a welcoming community dedicated to your wellbeing. Founder, Asha, has been teaching Yoga for over 28 years and training experienced students to be yoga teachers.  All our classes are of 75 minutes to finish with Pranayama (breath work) and meditation.

We believe that yoga is a personal journey, not a one-size-fits-all exercise. That’s why we proudly offer small, group of classes with no more than 7 students  in the class of same levels.  This commitment ensures that every person who walks through our door receives individualised attention, expert corrections, and the space to practice safely at their own level. Whether you are taking your first step onto the mat or are an experienced practitioner, you will find a class that meets you where you are.

Asha’s extensive training across Sivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and the British Wheel of Yoga has inspired a unique teaching style that is both dynamic and deeply calming. Our classes are designed to help you listen to your body, respect its limits, and unlock its potential.

We offer Dynamic Vinyasa: For those looking to build heat, strength, and flexibility through flowing sequences.

  • Restorative Yoga: The perfect antidote to a busy life, using supported postures to release deep tension and calm the nervous system. Restorative yoga helps with joint problems, insomnia and relieves stress and anxiety.
  • Wheel Yoga: A highly popular and effective practice using the yoga wheel to enhance flexibility, open the chest and shoulders, and deepen stretches safely.
  • Slow flow Breath synchronised Vinyasa:  learn how to move with the breath to feel true essence of yoga.
  • Energetic Vinyasa: This Sunday morning class is truly energetic, finishing with relaxing Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation.
