Each week we have a different theme of dynamic classes such as: Yoga with wheel, to improve strength and flexibility, Yoga by the wall for alignment and support, Yoga using the strap

All our classes are of 75 minutes to finish with Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation.

Strengthens core muscles, improves balance. In Vinyasa classes moves are breath synchronised thus keeping mind calm, focus and relaxed

Cost: £16.00 pay per class

£70.00 for 6 classes valid for 6 weeks

£90.00 Monthly Unlimited.

Cost for online classes £60.00 for 5 classes.

 

Special offer for new students £25.00 for 2 classes valid for 2 weeks.  

one to one 70 minutes session only £60.00 to include meditation and Pranayama (Breathing exercise)  Bring a friend for only £70.00.
